How We Handle Shipping & Returns at Akimbo Club
There is honestly nothing worse than dropping your hard-earned cash on some fresh new clothes and then waiting three weeks for them to show up. It completely ruins the excitement. We hate it when other brands do it to us, so we absolutely refuse to do it to you. At Akimbo Club, we handle all of our fulfillment straight out of our warehouse in Salt Lake City, UT 84101. We like to keep things moving fast, transparent, and completely stress-free.
The 1-2 Day Shipping Rule
Here is the deal with our shipping. We don’t mess around with slow processing times. For all of our apparel orders, we use reliable, standard USPS/UPS shipping. But the most important part is our processing time. We stick strictly to a 1-2 day processing window.
What does that actually look like for you? It means when you finally secure that camo tee chain peeker woodland you’ve been eyeing, our team gets the notification and gets straight to work. Within 24 to 48 hours, we are pulling your item, checking it for any flaws, packing it up securely, and handing it directly to the USPS or UPS driver. We will shoot you an email with the tracking number the second the label is printed, so you can literally track the package all the way to your front porch. No ghosting, no “label created but not shipped” nonsense. Just fast, dependable delivery.
Our Honest Return Policy
Look, buying clothes online can be tricky. Even with our detailed size charts, sometimes a piece just doesn’t hit the way you thought it would. Maybe you ordered a medium but you really wanted that extra oversized look of a large. We totally get it. If your new straight leg sweatpants aren’t fitting exactly how you want, we give you a full 30 days from the delivery date to return or exchange them.
But here is the catch—and we have to be strict about this so we can keep our quality high. The item has to be completely unworn. Trying it on in your bedroom for five minutes is totally fine. Wearing it to a party and sweating in it is not. The gear must be unwashed, free of any weird smells like cologne or smoke, have zero stains, and all the original Akimbo Club tags still need to be attached. If we get a return back that looks like it went through a warzone, we are just going to mail it right back to you.
How to Actually Process a Return
We don’t make you jump through a million automated menus to return something. If you need to swap a size or get a refund, just follow these quick steps:
- Open up your email and message us directly at info@akimboclub.net.
- Throw your order number in the subject line.
- Tell us what item you are returning (like the Akimbo club cap) and just let us know why. (This helps us fix any sizing issues on our end).
- Give us about 24 hours and a real human from our team will reply with the exact return instructions and authorization.
Just a quick heads up: original shipping costs aren’t refundable, and right now, you cover the cost to ship the return back to us. However, if we messed up and sent you a damaged or incorrect item, we will 100% cover the shipping costs to make it right.
