Look, we know this isn’t exactly a fun read, but it’s basically the ground rules for how we run things here and what we expect from you when you use our site. By sticking around and shopping with us, you’re basically saying you agree to these rules. We’ve tried to keep the legal-speak to a minimum so you actually know what you’re signing up for.

We operate out of Salt Lake City, UT 84101, and we take our brand and our community seriously. If you don’t agree with these terms, then honestly, you shouldn’t be using the site. But if you’re cool with being a fair and honest shopper, then we’re glad to have you in the club.

Using Our Website and Content

Everything you see on this site—the photos of our camo tee, the logos, the descriptions, and even this boring legal page—belongs to Akimbo Club. You can’t just go and download our images to start your own brand or pretend you’re us. That’s just common sense, right?

We work incredibly hard to create these custom vintage designs and high-quality streetwear, so please respect the hustle. If we catch anyone stealing our content or trying to hack into our system, we’ll have to block you from the site permanently.

Your Orders and How We Handle Them

When you place an order for something like our heavy-duty straight leg sweatpants, you’re making an offer to buy that item. We reserve the right to cancel an order if we made a mistake with the pricing or if we suddenly run out of stock (which happens sometimes with limited drops).

If we have to cancel your order, we’ll let you know immediately via email and give you a full refund. We also have the right to limit the quantity of items per person. We want to make sure actual fans get our gear, not just bots and resellers trying to flip a profit.

Accuracy of Information

We try our absolute best to make sure the photos of our Akimbo club cap look exactly like the product you’ll get in the mail. However, screens vary. Your phone might show a slightly different shade of olive than your laptop does. We can’t guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be 100% perfect.

Also, we might update our prices or our descriptions at any time without giving a heads-up. We’re constantly tweaking things to make the brand better, so keep an eye out for changes.

Shipping and Our Delivery Promise

As you probably already know, we take shipping very seriously. We use standard USPS/UPS shipping and we stick to a 1-2 day processing window. Once the package leaves our hands in Salt Lake City, the responsibility for the delivery officially moves to the shipping carrier.

If your package gets lost or stolen after it’s been marked as “Delivered,” you’ll need to open a claim with USPS or UPS directly. We’ll do everything we can to help you out with the paperwork, but we can’t control what happens once the driver takes the box.

Prohibited Uses of the Site

This one is simple: don’t be a jerk. You aren’t allowed to use our site for any illegal stuff, or to harass our team, or to upload viruses. We don’t tolerate any kind of abusive behavior. If you have a problem with an order, just reach out to us nicely at info@akimboclub.net, and we will go above and beyond to fix it. Being rude or aggressive won’t get you anywhere faster.

Changes to These Terms

As Akimbo Club grows, we might need to change these rules. We can update this Terms of Service page whenever we want. It’s on you to check back here every now and then to see if anything has changed. If you keep using the site after we’ve posted updates, it means you’re okay with the new rules.

Limitation of Liability

We put everything we have into making high-quality gear, but we aren’t perfect. We can’t guarantee that the site will always be 100% error-free or that it will never go down for maintenance. Akimbo Club isn’t liable for any glitches, lost data, or “emotional distress” caused by a delayed package or a sold-out item. We’re a small team doing our best to provide premium streetwear, and we appreciate your patience.
